Health and lifestyle data: as part of our standard client intake, we collect information about your health, medical history, injuries, allergies, dietary habits, and fitness goals so we can design a safe and effective coaching plan for you. This is “special category data” under Article 9 UK GDPR and is treated with extra care (see Section 5).

Payment data: billing details and transaction records. Card and payment details are processed directly by our payment provider(s) ([Payment Processor(s), e.g. Stripe / PayPal]); we do not store full card details ourselves.
