Health and lifestyle data: as part of our standard client intake, we collect information about your health, medical history, injuries, allergies, dietary habits, and fitness goals so we can design a safe and effective coaching plan for you. This is “special category data” under Article 9 UK GDPR and is treated with extra care (see Section 5).
Payment data: billing details and transaction records. Card and payment details are processed directly by our payment provider(s) ([Payment Processor(s), e.g. Stripe / PayPal]); we do not store full card details ourselves.
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, and website usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 11).
Communications: records of emails, messages, bookings, and consultation notes exchanged with you.

Because health information is sensitive, we only collect it with your explicit consent, given at intake, and only use it to design and deliver your coaching programme. We do not use your health data for marketing, and access is limited to the personnel directly involved in delivering your coaching.
